I maintained a part-time psychiatric practice
for 35 years, which included psychotherapy and the prescription of medication. This has changed.
I currently see patients suffering from psychosis who might benefit from psychotherapy, who continue in treatment with
another primary prescribing psychiatrist and/or treatment team. I also consult with other clinicians regarding
their patients. Although medication may be helpful for some people, I no longer prescribe, directing my focus to psychotherapy.
My clinical practice is currently TeleMedicine based.
